Outreach (Small Hands Reach Out)
Multiple Intelligence Preschool encourages children to reach out to others and help in small/big ways. Children that grow up helping will become helping adults. We can all give back to society in some way. Here at MI Preschool and Kindergarten Enrichment Center we engage children in outreach projects to teach them compassion and random acts of kindness. This year, we adopted a family during the holidays and brought them gifts and food. On the 100th day of school, our goal was to collect 100 pounds of clothes and 100 pounds of food. We surpassed the 100 pounds and brought in over 200 pounds of clothes that we took to CLOTHES FOR KIDS and over 200 pounds of food that we took to THE MUKILTEO FOOD BANK.
